Seattle to the WAC

@jonathanshank passed this along to me via Twitter last night, and it is interesting to note.

SIUE's transitional brother Seattle has found its home in the Western Athletic Association.

The WAC lost Fresno State, Hawaii and Nevada, a serious blow for the conference and they are looking to rebuild, so Seattle got their wish and was granted full non-football membership in the WAC beginning in 2012.

Great move for Seattle, and shows how far the WAC has fallen.

Seattle seriously has a chance to win this conference upon eligibility. The only real hurdle in their way is Utah State.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
